Agrivision is a 100% employee-owned company in the agricultural industry headquartered in Porterville, California. Founded in 1990, Agrivision is a network of companies united under one Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), dedicated to the cultivation, harvesting, packaging, and sale of high-value specialty crops while upholding values of transparency and operational excellence. The Agrivision network of companies collectively represents the interests of more than 100 different farmers and oversees a vast expanse of over 7,000 acres dedicated to organic farming. From the sale of fresh produce to the management of farming operations, their shared mission revolves around delivering the highest-quality products to consumers' tables.
In 2021, Agrivision became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Central to the mission of Agrivision is the recognition that its business practices have a profound impact on people's lives. Founded by Tom & Karen Avinelis in 1990, AgriCare Inc. is a full service farm management company, headquartered in California’s San Joaquin Valley, providing management and consulting services for both conventional and organic farms throughout California and Oregon. We specialize in a variety of permanent crops including: citrus, olives, blueberries, table grapes, hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios. For more than 20 years, the focus has remained the same: striving to exceed customer expectations by providing professional farm management services with a focus on stewardship of the land. To reach these goals, our team works with clients to build efficient production systems based on sustainable farming practices suitable to each managed property.
