Job Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a motivated Data Systems Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a college student studying Business, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience using Tableau to create data reports and visualizations that answer key business questions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis and visualization while contributing to meaningful projects.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Collaborate with individuals and teams across the company to identify business questions and data needs.
Use Tableau to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Use existing approved data sources, recommending changes or additional data sources as needed.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data visualization (graphs, charts, etc.).
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Eligibility Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization concepts.
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is advantageous but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
