Concord General Contracting, Inc. (Concord) is a 100% employee-owned construction firm headquartered in Mesa, Arizona. Founded in 1972 by brothers Jim and Gary Jackson, the company has built a reputation for integrity, collaboration, and delivering the “ultimate client experience.” Over the decades, Concord has expanded its services across Arizona, opening a second office in Tucson in 1992. Through meaningful projects in K-12 education, municipal services, nonprofit organizations, and commercial spaces across Arizona, Concord doesn’t just build buildings, they build futures. Concord’s employee-owners pour passion into every job, knowing their success directly benefits their colleagues, clients, and communities.
Concord became employee-owned in 2018 when it implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This transition was a strategic decision to align the company's ownership with its collaborative culture and to ensure its legacy continued beyond the founders' tenure. Concord proudly became 100% employee-owned in 2023.
