As a licensed home care agency, CHCA delivers top-tier services to individuals approved for home care by Medicaid, those with private insurance, or private pay clients across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. Additionally, they operate as a Fiscal Intermediary for approved consumer-directed (CDPAP) services. CHCA now boasts a team of over 1,600 employee-owners.
