ELM Electrical is a 100% employee-owned electrical services and automation contractor headquartered in Westfield, Massachusetts.

Founded in 1972, the company has grown from a regional electrical contractor into a diversified provider of automation, electrical construction, and facilities services. Today, ELM operates across several states in the Northeast and serves a wide range of industries including manufacturing, energy, and utilities.

ELM became employee-owned in 2023 when it implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership at ELM supports not only internal accountability and pride, but also reinforces its strong commitment to the local communities it serves.
