HRA was founded in 1996 on the principles of integrity and exceptional client service. Over the years, the company has focused solely on executive architecture in collaboration with various design firms for private-sector corporate, developer, and institutional clients. In 2015, House & Robertson Architects became employee-owned when they established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
