Hydro-Chem Systems is a 100% employee-owned manufacturer of fleet & industrial cleaning solutions headquartered in Caledonia, Michigan. They work with private fleet owners, municipalities, schools, farms, manufacturers, and mobile washers across the USA & Canada to help them clean more in less time.
In 2002, Hydro-Chem Systems became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The transition to an ESOP was made in an effort to strengthen teamwork and reward their employees. Hydro-Chem Systems passion is to impress their customers using an educational approach to provide a customized solution that best fits their needs.
