Island Pacific is a 100% Certified Employee-Owned distributor and installer of doors, frames, finish hardware, access control, and specialty building products, serving the State of Hawai‘i for over 40 years. Headquartered in Honolulu, Island Pacific operates out of a 35,000-square-foot facility in the Iwilei area, housing its warehouse, lockshop, weldshop, and offices.

In 2014, Island Pacific became employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), reinforcing a culture of accountability, excellence, and shared success. Employee ownership fuels the company’s dedication to superior service, with every team member taking pride in their work and the long-term success of the business.
