KE&G Construction (KE&G) is a 100% employee-owned company in the heavy/civil construction industry headquartered in Sierra Vista, Arizona. KE&G has over 51 years of experience constructing projects for public and private clients. Their expertise includes roads, bridges, flood control, and sanitary sewer conveyance system modifications. Their growth has led to opening a second location in Tucson. 

In 2006, KE&G Construction became employee-owned when it implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
