Newport Restaurant Group is a 100% employee-owned company in the food service industry headquartered in Warwick, Rhode Island. In 1995 Newport Restaurant Group became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership means real investment in the company's profits are equitably shared among the employees. Each year the restaurants thrive, employees partake in the rewards of their diligent efforts.
