Novaspect Holdings is a 100% employee-owned wholesale company headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois. The core purpose at Novaspect is to improve their customers' performance through the innovative application of technology. They do this by engineering, selling and servicing industrial process controls, valves, and automated control systems.
Novaspect maintains a robust presence across the upper Midwest, spanning from Northwest Indiana through Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Northeast Missouri, Wisconsin, Upper Peninsula Michigan, Minnesota, North and South Dakota. Among these locations, Midwest Valve Services, a subsidiary, specializes in comprehensive valve repair services. All of these components are aligned with Novaspect's core purpose to enhance customer performance by ingeniously applying technology.
In 2016, Novaspect Holdings became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
