P.L. Marketing is a 100% employee-owned sales and merchandising marketing agency headquartered in Newport, Kentucky. The company was founded in 1989. P.L. Marketing specifically works with Kroger Supermarkets. In addition to Kroger's sales and merchandising, provide a multitude of merchandising and operational services for Kroger’s General Office, divisions, and stores.

In 2017, P.L. Marketing became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
