Pavement Recycling Systems is a 100% employee-owned company in the construction industry headquartered in Jurupa Valley, California. The company was founded in 1989 when it began offering cold milling services in the Southern California market. Over the years, it has evolved into a general engineering subcontractor specializing in cold milling, soil stabilization, roller compacted concrete, and cold-in-place asphalt recycling, serving California and Nevada, with a presence in Utah, Oregon, and Washington.
In 1990 Pavement Recycling Systems became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership translates into a commitment to delivering quality work and top-notch customer service.
