Stylmark, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned manufacturer specializing in architectural fixtures and custom retail environments, headquartered in Fridley, Minnesota. Established in 1954 by Ray Brink as Designware Industries, the company began by crafting personalized wheel-based rolling door mechanisms integrated into aluminum extrusions. Over time, Stylmark expanded its product offerings to include showcases, LED lighting, fitting room systems, shelving, and architectural moldings. Today, Stylmark serves clients across retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors, providing tailored solutions that enhance brand experiences.
In 1993, Stylmark transitioned to employee ownership by implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership at Stylmark reinforces the company's core values of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and stewardship.
