Founded in 1976, Team Allied Distribution has become one of the largest independent warehouse distributors of automotive exhaust systems in the United States. In 2013, Team Allied Distribution became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). When the company transitioned to being an employee-owned company, their workforce of over 200 dedicated employees, became owners.
