Tempo, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned cooling and heating service company headquartered in Irving, Texas. The company was founded in 1996 and consists of four operating units, Tempo Service, Tempo Mechanical, and US-EcoLogic, each work together to all encompassing home comfort and energy solutions.
Tempo, Inc. became employee-owned in 1998 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership reinforces the company's commitment to integrity and relentless dedication to provide customers with the highest service.
