Worth & Company, Inc. (Worth) is a 100% employee-owned construction company headquartered in Pipersville, Pennsylvania. The company was founded by Stephen Worth in 1983 in a garage in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and has since grown to over 600 employees. Worth specializes in Mechanical Construction, Industrial Construction, Prefabrication, and Service & Repair primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. Worth is proud to have received numerous awards through ABC and ENR, and most recently securing a first place award through ABC National.
Worth became employee-owned in 2024 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership reinforces the company’s focus on executional excellence, delighting their customers, and enriching humanity. Worth’s top priorities are the safety and overall welfare of customers and employees; they continuously invest in new equipment, training, and initiatives to ensure safe work environments at all times.
