Job Description
- General cleaning of a commercial buildings
- Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping of hard floor surfaces
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Dusting and polishing of wood trim/surfaces
- Ability to follow cleaning product and power equipment procedures to prevent damage
- Mixing and preparation of cleaning products, according to product specifications
- Vacuuming using backpack, hip or upright vacuum
- Ability to lift 40 pounds without difficulty
- Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (will vary daily)
- Candidate must be able to pass a federal background check for badging purposes
- Candidate will be eligible for vacation and health insurance upon completion of probationary periods
- Candidate will be eligible for annual merit raise
Physical Demands And Qualifications
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 40lbs.
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
