What the Accounts Payable Specialist Will Do:

- Processing 75+ invoices daily, including both purchase order and non-purchase order invoices.
- Reconciling vendor statements to ensure accounts are current.
- Communicating with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships.
- Issuing payments via checks and ACH transactions.
