As an Call Center Agent, you will be tasked with working closely with clients to create personalized solutions. You must have the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a keen knowledge of sales processes and the ability to find innovative solutions. No experience necessary and training is provided. Quickly advance to a management position.
Responsibilities
- Speak with existing clients reviewing their current portfolio and complete a needs analysis.
- Manage customer service for a portfolio of clients.
- Morning or evening hours, flexible schedule after 30 day training
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
