Location Profile
The position is hybrid 2 days a week, and ideal candidate should be within reasonable driving distance to Brea, CA Corporate Office.

- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including integrations with internal tools such as Pardot, Conga, FinancialForce, and bespoke applications.
- Build and maintain customized dashboards, sales pipelines, and data visualization tools.
- Support initiatives to increase user adoption by developing training programs, addressing user feedback, and promoting system benefits across all teams.

- Design and implement solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve data visibility.
Accountability
- Ensure Salesforce meets the needs of all business units by proactively gathering feedback and addressing requirements.
- Drive buy-in for new Salesforce features, integrations, and process changes by demonstrating their value and impact on business goals.
- Provide ongoing support and act as a Salesforce champion for all business units to maximize system adoption.
- Facilitate doing sale quotes in Salesforce and champion initiatives.
Problem Solving
- Address complex cross-departmental challenges by designing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet diverse needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce integration and bespoke applications.
- Partner with key stakeholders to address gaps in Salesforce adoption and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Salesforce practices administration, including roles, permissions, workflows, and data management.
- Advanced knowledge of integrated tools such as Pardot (marketing automation), Conga (document generation), and FinancialForce (ERP).
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and APIs to create seamless workflows and automate processes.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data governance, and international compliance standards.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for driving user adoption.
- Propose and implement creative solutions for automating processes, visualizing data, and enhancing user experience.
- Continuously assess and recommend new Salesforce features or third-party applications to improve system effectiveness.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is required.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., Pardot Specialist, FinancialForce Consultant) is preferred.
- 1-3 years of Salesforce administration experience, including managing integrations with tools like Pardot, Conga, and FinancialForce.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple departments and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with a focus on driving adoption.
Compensation
The starting base salary for this Brea, CA position is expected to be between $72,945.66 to $80,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
