Are you a current college student looking for internship experience? Cargas is seeking enthusiastic interns to join our Customer Support team and assist with troubleshooting support inquiries for our Cargas Energy customers.

Cargas is an employee-owned company based in Lancaster, PA. This paid internship will begin following the Spring 2025 semester and continue throughout the rest of the year, dependent on business needs and individual performance.

Duties Include

  • Troubleshoot support inquiries for Cargas Energy customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
  • Adapt quickly to new software applications and tools.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and follow established procedures.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of support inquiries.

Educational Requirements

  • Junior or Senior student, or recent graduate, working towards or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Leadership, and/or Management.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
