UAS Operations Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team. As the Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our aviation operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee processes, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with our program’s vision and goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of instructors, programmers, and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including funding, office space, instructor cadre, and equipment.
• Efficiency Enhancement: Identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Emergency Preparedness: Understand and support emergency response plans to handle unforeseen situations.
• Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain seamless operations.
• Budget Oversight: Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-effective solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business software and scheduling tools.
• Proven track record of successful team management
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Security clearance.
