You’ll guide talented therapists, coordinate interdisciplinary efforts, and serve as a trusted partner to the community. Your leadership will empower patients to reach critical milestones in their recovery journey, while also ensuring operational excellence and clinical quality.
Lead and supervise a dedicated team of rehabilitation professionals.
Ensure high-quality delivery of therapy services in accordance with community and client expectations.
Maintain productivity standards while keeping the focus where it matters most—on patient outcomes.
Foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.
Be the face of rehabilitation excellence in our community, building strong relationships with staff and residents alike.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active (or pending, for new grads) state license to practice.
Prior experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus—but your passion for care and leadership potential are what matter most.
