In this dynamic leadership role, you won’t just be supervising a rehabilitation team — you’ll be inspiring it. You’ll guide talented therapists, coordinate interdisciplinary efforts, and serve as a trusted partner to the community. Your leadership will empower patients to reach critical milestones in their recovery journey, while also ensuring operational excellence and clinical quality.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team of rehabilitation professionals.

  • Ensure high-quality delivery of therapy services in accordance with community and client expectations.

  • Maintain productivity standards while keeping the focus where it matters most—on patient outcomes.

  • Foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.

  • Be the face of rehabilitation excellence in our community, building strong relationships with staff and residents alike.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.

  • Active (or pending, for new grads) state license to practice.

  • Prior experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus—but your passion for care and leadership potential are what matter most.
