NewStream Enterprises, LLC is a subsidiary of SRC Holdings Corp. (SRC), is headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. SRC was founded in 1983 by Jack Stack, renowned author, lecturer, and CEO who created the business literacy and open book management program “The Great Game of Business”.

What you will do:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, the position will be responsible for brand identity, brand standards, and overall inbound marketing in relation to NewStream Enterprises' marketing and public relations

Some key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:

Develop and execute marketing strategies through advertising, direct marketing, online/web marketing, promotions, and strategic partnerships to drive sales initiatives
Conduct market research, identify target audiences, monitor marking campaigns, track industry trends, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
Establish and uphold brand identity and brand standards in relation to marketing and public relations
Ensure all outgoing information and messaging is accurate and in accordance with the brand standards and organizational objectives
Manage content creation, planning & scheduling of communication activities through all media, including articles, case studies, newsletters, blogs, etc.
Responsible for tracking and analyzing relevant metrics and data
Manage the online marketing program and website platform
Ensure accurate budget management for advertising and promotions
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related discipline
Two (2) + years of previous marketing experience
High level of energy and motivation
Experience with HubSpot CRM
Ability to create and edit landing pages, website pages, URLs, etc.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite/InDesign, Canva
Proficient content development and Google ads
Proficient in inbound marketing, SEO marketing, social media marketing
Ability/practice with working with a marketing agency
