Mobile Equipment Mechanic
Amsted Rail-Griffin Wheel, the leading manufacturer of railroad wheels in North America, is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Mobile Equipment Mechanic for our Groveport foundry.
The Mobile Equipment Mechanic position is responsible for maintaining all rolling stock (i.e. dump trucks, front end loaders, fork trucks, etc.) for the facility
Must be able to work without direct supervision, be a self-starter, pay attention to details including accurate data collection/entry and tracking of preventative maintenance information. Hours of work will be on day shift with daily and/or weekend overtime required.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of verifiable mobile equipment experience. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete screening and skills tests prior to interviewing.
The Mobile Equipment Mechanic position will start at $34.99 and moves to $38.87 after 90 days.
