About the Role
As a Treasury Funding Analyst, you will be responsible for handling Receivables, Bank Reconciliation and must have strong attention to detail skills.
Responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work is essential in maintaining the relationship with client’s accounts.
- Duties consist of entry-level bookkeeping, data processing, accounting functions and could include complexed clerical tasks.
- Working knowledge of handling invoices, vouchers, checks, account statements, and account files on small businesses and corporations.
- Working proficiently with computers, including Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and the accounting program SAGE100.
- Maintain accurate and precise records with attention to detail while performing duties.
- Assist with other duties, projects or back up of other job functions as assigned.
- Reliable, predictable attendance within client service hours for the performance of this position.
- Responsive to internal and external client needs.
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing both internally and externally.
- Ability to get work as a team member in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks while performing duties with minimum supervision, ability to be flexible, take initiative and display a professional demeanor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
