Job Expectations
Prepare and process client invoices per customer requirements reading from service technicians field work order and send to customers through various channels
Read contracts and interpret billing requirements with accuracy
Issue client account statements
Manage the collection process for outstanding accounts
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues in a timely manner
Manage the right-to-lien process and documentation on active projects
Provide excellent client service
Answer questions and handle complaints from clients regarding bills
Work with the Service Coordinator to provide redundancy in high volume times
Answer busy phones and assist with taking service calls for clients in detail
Assist service sales with prequalification or client related documents
General office administrative tasks (i.e. filing, etc)
Responsible for uploading paperwork to 3rd party vendors and in-house systems
Other responsibilities as assigned

Previous HVAC billing experience is preferred
