ServiceMaster Restoration by David is looking for a careful and capable administrative pro to fill the role of Project Coordinator. You'll learn construction industry terminology, permitting, maintaining budgets, creating scopes of works for various trades...virtually all aspects of restoration and renovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • In summary, work with people; work with schedules; work with money.
  • Use company software to process job leads.
  • Assist Project Managers (PM's) in seeing projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate schedules of estimators and PM's.
  • Assist PM's to process Work Orders, order materials, maintain budgets, and other job related tasks.
  • Use software to maintain project calendars.
  • Use software to maintain subcontractor work agreements.
  • Record client selections.
  • Manage invoicing and collections for all projects.
  • Help ensure customer happiness through establishing expectations, providing great service, and soliciting customer feedback/surveys.
  • General office administrative tasks.
