In this role, you will provide technical leadership, process innovation, and problem-solving expertise to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Management teams to identify high-value improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
• Develop and enhance the technical skills of junior engineers and technicians to build a high-performing team
• Identify and assess production vulnerabilities, initiating reconciliation projects to mitigate risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze and improve manufacturing methods, processes, and materials, prioritizing high-value initiatives
• Drive cost reduction, yield improvement, and operational efficiency through strategic projects and lean manufacturing principles
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, real-time manufacturing challenges to maintain seamless production
• Oversee and execute testing protocols, ensuring product quality and adherence to regulatory and customer standards
• Investigate and resolve Discrepant Material Reports (DMRs) and Customer Alerts, developing actionable strategies to address root causes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent manufacturing engineering experience)
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred
