Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as an Accounting Intern or Temp. This position will be in Rolla, MO and will be a hybrid position.
Summary
The Accounting Intern/Temp will perform activities in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This person will assist in ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner. Also, maintaining accurate record keeping is important.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable globally.
Accounts Payable duties: open daily mail, scan invoices, filing, review unmatched PO report and close PO's when appropriate, other duties as assigned.
Accounts Receivable duties: process daily invoices, enter daily receipts into the accounting system, reconcile the daily bank report, other duties as assigned.
Assist the month end close process for all global companies to ensure accurate, timely and compliance of company and regulatory requirements.
Participates in Brewer Science, Inc. Internship Program activities.
Credentials & Education:
For Intern:
Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
For Temporary Professional:
Must have 1+ years relevant experience in finance or accounting.

Compensation:
Base pay for this role is between $16 and $21 hourly. Base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location
