As the Assistant Program Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the Program Manager/Area Manager/Regional in orchestrating our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Responsibilities

As an Assistant Program Manager, you will be responsible for acting as the back-up to the Program Manager/Area Manager for the supervision of the rehab staff and take the lead in coordinating therapy activities in the OUTPATIENT/PERSONAL CARE SETTING ON CAMPUS. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability

required:

  • Licensed clinician (PT, PTA, OTR or COTA) in respective state(s) of service.
  • At least 1 year experience in skilled nursing/Long-Term Care setting and/or having experience as a Lead Therapist or Assistant DOR.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic
  • Comfortable making presentations and doing marketing for case load growth in outpatient level of care (on campus) 
  • Effective interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service.
  • Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook math skills.
