Position Title: Multi-Line Claim Representative I
Location: Hybrid - Scottsdale, AZ
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate of the base pay range for this role, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of pay. About the Role:
We are seeking a Multi-Line Claim Representative I to manage a dedicated national account, handling claims across all jurisdictions except Nebraska, South Dakota, and Hawaii. This role requires daily in-office attendance during the initial training period (up to 6 months), transitioning to a hybrid schedule with mandatory in-office attendance one day per month for meetings, and additional days as needed for training or meetings. Please note, hybrid work is a privilege that can be revoked based on performance or attendance.
Key Qualifications:
2+ years liability claim experience or insurance related experience is required or equivalent education is required.
Performance Measurement: Performance will be evaluated through audits, production metrics, claim reviews, and performance evaluations.
