About this opportunity

We are seeking a VP of Product & Tech-Enabled Services.

The VP of Product & Tech-Enabled Services will lead the transformation of Cascade Energy’s software and product strategy, turning our existing investments in technology and products into a scalable, profitable product line. This leader will drive growth in both our customer-direct and utility program lines of business.

This role will own the P&L for software- and technology-enabled service products, shape product-market fit, and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy while working cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate can make the case for investment, build executive alignment, and ensure strong GTM execution.

About us

Cascade Energy is a leading provider of energy efficiency, energy management, decarbonization, and sustainability solutions for the industrial, commercial, and public sectors across North America. We have a 30-year history of delivering high-value services through electric and gas utility-offered programs and directly to industrial and commercial enterprises. Cascade is a SOC 2-certified environment and a federal contractor.

As Cascade continues to evolve and grow, we will expand our impact and reach through technology investments and product-driven solutions in both the corporate and the utility markets. While the corporate market offers strong growth potential, the utility market remains a core part of Cascade’s business. We plan to build and grow software-driven innovation that expands both our corporate and utility offerings.

To achieve this goal, we are building a team that follows Cagan’s Product Operating Model. Our key objective is to use our expertise and technology investments to create both technology-enabled services and technology led solutions that help more companies achieve their energy efficiency and decarbonization goals while building a profitable and scalable business for Cascade. We are seeking a leader with a balanced focus on strategy and execution to help us drive this transformation.
