JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests
· Must maintain Company and store goals in relations to: CFNA applications, SIPING, Alignment units, and lube ticket averages.
· Complete online training as required by management.
· Must answer the phone using the Commercial Tire standards.
· Inspect and diagnose: service, tire, and automotive repairs problems, communicate necessary repairs and/or replacement of tires.
· Notifies customer on special order follow-up.
· Indentifies ways to maximizes new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and executes on that plan.
· Recommend additional preventative services to customers using Commercial Tire Standards.
· Monitor customer wait times to ensure customer satisfaction and meeting Commercial Tire standards.
· Maintain a clean and neat work area and appearance.
· Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire’s safety guidelines and standards
· May assist with the Administrative duties
· May assist with the inventory function; receiving, warehousing, delivery
· May assist with picking up and delivering vehicles for customers
· Performs other duties as assigned or needed
· Obtains monthly sales and GP goal (goal set by store manager)
· Obtains monthly unit goals (goals set by store manager)
· Obtains other monthly sales goals as set up the store.
· Actively participates in training and development opportunities
· Supports company safety, professional and operational standards and adheres to all audit requirements
SPECIFIC DELIVERABLES:
Must maintain Company and store goals in relations to:
· 2-3 CFNA applications per week.
· 25% Alignments units Sold vs. Retail Tire Consumer units Sold.
· 40-50% Phone Score for Call Railing Appointments.
· 40-50% Email Collection Rate
· 20-25% Siping units Sold vs. Retail Tire Consumer units Sold.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
· Bridgestone Driving Force: o 2017 Procert, Professional Classes – The Fast Five, Phone Skills Pro and Tire Specialist.
o Tire Industry Association – Basic ATS, Advanced TPMS
· Cooper Sales Pro: Basic Training, Sales Specialist and Sales Leader.
· Valvoline Training: Premium Oil Service, Lubricants Knowledge, Automotive Chemical Products
· Commercial TIA
QUALIFICATIONS – Unless indicated otherwise, these are the knowledge, skills and/or abilities that are preferred
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of 1 – 2 years tire experience and sales experience.
· Retail TIA training
· Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record (required)
· Regular attendance and punctually is essential.
