Responsibilities:

• Manage care of boarding pets

• Maximize occupancy by preplanning and managing yield.

• Order food and supplies as needed.

• Perform basic repairs

• Assist with all cleaning, feeding and exercising duties and with group play/camp.

• Must be able to supervise a diverse staff with various skill levels
• Ability to multi-task and work with high volume in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a variety of dogs and cats
• Good time management skills
• Recognizes pet health concerns
• Understands the basics of business management
• Handy with basic tools
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds, walk stairs, stand and walk for full shift.
• Can work in an environment of pet dander and excretions and cleaning chemicals
• Experience in Restaurant or Retail Management, Hospitality, Customer Service Animal care or Veterinary a plus.
