Description

Job Summary:

The role of the Technical Trainer is to optimize agency technology by training employees in best practices and assessing technology utilization. A successful Technical Trainer will be able to develop and deliver training programs that enhance employees’ proficiency with company software, tools, and systems.  


What to Expect: 

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary range of $65,000-$80,000, based on experience

Some of What You'll Do: 

  • Design and lead technical training sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Create user-friendly guides and tutorials for continuous learning
  • Assess technology usage, identify gaps, and recommend improvements 
  • Onboard and support employees and clients with IT systems
  • Maintain IT equipment and report updates to management 


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Experience working with business software, collaboration tools, and enterprise systems (i.e. Microsoft 365, CRMs, Learning management systems.)
  • Experience in creating instructional materials, training videos, and user guides. 
  • Ability to assess employee skill levels and analyze technology utilization data.
