Join Our Team as a Nursing Assistant Program Coordinator!

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals? Our Nursing Assistant Program is seeking a driven Program Coordinator to oversee and enhance every facet of our program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing budgets and implementing and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Recruiting and supervising skilled instructors 
  • Plan classroom, laboratory, and clinical experiences while securing appropriate facilities.
  • Ensuring students are well-prepared for clinical exposure and maintaining high standards of record-keeping and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a registered nurse (RN) in good standing with the state where the program is offered or a multistate privilege to practice as an RN.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program recognized by the S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or an otherwise recognized training entity (e.g., hospital-based program) in nursing or an institution outside of the United States and its territories in nursing.
  • Four (4) years of job-related training and experience for instructors, not graduates from an accredited nursing program.
  • Three (3) years of teaching experience in a nursing program and/or three (3) years of occupational experience in nursing.
  • Two (2) years of professional nursing experience with at least one (1) year in a long-term care facility. 
  • Must have an active and unencumbered license, certification, or another credential as required by local, state, and federal laws to work in the nursing field.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint and computer skills.

Compensation & Benefits                                        

  • Hiring Range: $28.19 to $35.00
