If so, our Rehab Team in Fond du Lac, WI has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. This position will cover up to a 30 mile radius in Fond du Lac, WI with ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Mileage reimbursement is included.

Responsibilities
As a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Home Health, acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not always required!
