What You'll Do
Prepare and cook dishes to spec in a clean, timely manner
Keep your station organized, stocked, and sanitized
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and FOH staff
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Contribute to a positive, hardworking kitchen culture
