As a Communications Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping Mosaic’s voice across digital and print platforms. You’ll create engaging blogs, newsletters, and social media content, while also leading PR campaigns and media outreach. Your work will amplify our mission of empowering people and fostering a caring community.
What You’ll Do:
Craft compelling content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and emails.
Act as the lead writer and editor for Mosaic’s Promise magazine and statewide newsletters.
Develop strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
Lead public relations campaigns and oversee media placements.
Build relationships with media and track coverage.
Maintain Mosaic’s brand and voice across all communications.

What You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience with public relations and media outreach.
A passion for creating meaningful content that drives engagement.
