About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to support the design and coordination of commercial mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, ductwork, and piping. This is a key role that blends Revit expertise with real-world construction knowledge to ensure smooth and accurate project execution.

You’ll be collaborating with project managers, engineers, and field teams to bring complex commercial systems to life—accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain detailed 3D Revit models for mechanical systems
• Coordinate models using Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans to ensure constructability
• Generate shop drawings, installation layouts, and as-builts
• Support BIM workflows and standards for ongoing improvement
• Collaborate with field staff to ensure what’s in the model matches what’s in the field
• Drive prefabrication efficiencies through accurate modeling and detailing

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial MEP, construction, or architectural design
• Advanced Revit and 3D modeling skills
• Navisworks experience for clash detection
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and prefab processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork across disciplines
• Bonus points for proficiency in AutoCAD MEP, BIM 360, Bluebeam, and Excel
