The Position: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fleet Manager to further grow our Mobile Operations and Logistics department. As the Warehouse & Fleet Manager, you are excited about the nuts and bolts of supporting successful experiential marketing campaigns, including event production, asset fabrication, and fleet and inventory management. You thrive on a team, work well with a variety of people, and you’re also not hesitant to help create and implement new processes.

This role will be based in our Smyrna facility, managing a 60’x60’ warehouse space with occasional support needed in our Nashville office, and rare occasions onsite at event activations.
Position Details
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the GPJ Warehouse team and other partners on movement and storage of assets
- Track all incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of assets
- Update the current inventory management process and tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy across all assets
- Maintain a clean, organized space within the warehouse
- Communicate regularly with tour and event managers across all programs to ensure they have support needed in the field
Fleet Responsibilities
- Support management of vehicle licensure and registration to ensure compliance
- Ensure all fleet drivers and contractors have proper licensure, background checks, and up-to-date training (including DOT required certifications)
- Schedule regular maintenance on all tour vehicles and trailers
- Order urgent / emergency repairs on vehicles/trailers as needed (must be flexible to respond on nights and weekends)
- Research and provide POV on vehicle purchasing to expand and/or enhance the fleet
- Establish efficient routes and transportation schedules
- Coordinate drivers and on-staff maintenance professionals when setting employee schedules
- Monitor drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
- Support the recruitment, hiring, and training of new drivers and extended tour management team members
- Provide support to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress
- Establish and update processes for all vehicles/trailers for parking, check in/out, activation assets, etc.
Overall Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Mobile Ops & Logistics team to fulfill event and logistical needs
- Work closely with the Client Services team to support Mobile Operations
- Continually work toward improving safety and efficiencies, and decreasing costs to the agency and clients
- Follow all procedures and company policies, including incident reporting, safety protocol, DOT compliance, and employee ethics and code of conduct
Qualifications
- Must be able to drive truck and trailer combinations in addition to box trucks, vans, etc., for maintenance and repairs
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL-A preferred, but not required)
- Must be able to submit to and pass a standard background check
- Must be based in the metro Nashville area
- Ability to read and execute building plans
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Ability to perform physical demands of the job
- DOT medical card preferred
- Forklift/HEQ Certified
- Skilled trades experience preferred
- Prior mobile tour/event management experience preferred

Work Environment
- Warehouse
- Travel: 2-3 times per year (includes weekends and after-hours work supporting onsite activations)
- Noise levels usually moderate
- Physical demands include: lifting and carrying items of at least 50lbs, ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods in a variety of environments (indoor and outdoor), using basic tools and warehouse equipment
