The role: We are seeking an industrious, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to further grow our Client Services team. The Client Services team is integral to providing G7’s clients with a variety of strategic, compelling, and creative solutions to help them reach their objectives.
As a Senior AE, you’ll work closely with the Client Services team and across G7’s other departments to ensure the highest quality work is delivered on time and within budget. You thrive on fast-paced and collaborative projects that live at the crossroads of experiential marketing, entertainment, and authentic brand partnerships. You get a rush from checking things off your list and seeing a plan come together, and you are always open to learning from challenges that come your way. You’ll serve as the north star for owned projects, strategically guiding internal and external collaborators in pursuit of world-class deliverables, and you’ll serve as a trusted strategic partner for your clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning efforts, translating client goals into experiential marketing programs that are innovative, results-driven, and insight-informed
- Collaborate with the VP of Client Experience and Account Manager to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth through thoughtful planning and seamless execution
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams by modeling excellence in communication, creative collaboration, and solution-oriented thinking
- Demonstrate intuitive understanding of and strategic collaboration with integrated internal and external teams, needing little to no guidance from your manager to navigate relationships and build trust
- Act as a key strategic partner to clients, demonstrating deep understanding of their business, industry, audience, and competitive landscape
- Lead and/or assist the development, management and negotiation of various client alliances, partnerships, and sponsorships to ensure all deliverables are fulfilled
- Lead strategic development across client accounts by translating business goals into impactful experiential marketing plans, with a sharp eye on innovation, audience insights, and results
- Effectively communicate with clients, partner agencies, properties, vendors, and other stakeholders relevant to supporting client projects
- Guide the ideation, development, and implementation of program plans against established criteria
- Lead programs across other G7 departments comprised of creatives, strategists, producers, project managers, and interns without relying on your manager for regular guidance and direction
- Anticipate challenges and opportunities, using market and client data to inform direction, recommend pivots, and deliver smarter solutions
- Create and maintain administrative documents in a clear, concise, and detailed manner for client and agency backup, including points of view, recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines
- Develop and own the day-to-day management of project timelines and processes, utilizing Asana, G Suite, and other tools to ensure successful tracking and delivery- with a calm, organized, proactive approach
- Conduct/lead regular status meetings including prep and follow-up tasks
- Compile and provide program reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead on-site and external program execution including field team training, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and real-time reporting
- Oversee event operations and logistics, collaborating with production leads on fabrication, graphics, and physical assets
- Provide oversight and quality assurance on sponsorship assets, activations, and planning
- Manage inventory and shipments of client assets
- Lead on-site/external program execution including training, vendor management, field staff management, advancing, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Manage the development and management of program budgets to achieve client goals within budget parameters
- Provide clear, timely, and accurate financial information around program budgets (e.g., invoicing, reconciliation, etc.)
- Conduct research and competitive analysis when necessary
- Participate in occasional travel, including evening and weekend work as needed, to support program execution and client needs

- Serve as the go-to-source for all information on led projects for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating independent leadership and ownership
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-7 years of client services, project management, and marketing experience (Agency and/or Experiential/Events/Mobile/Sponsorship experience preferred)
- Prior experience leading and managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors - a minimum of 2 years leading events, experiential and/or mobile programs
- Ability to manage multiple programs/projects concurrently with a detail-oriented and organized approach in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently anticipate and troubleshoot issues, with a solutions-oriented approach to setbacks
- Well-rounded, entrepreneurial, and creative thinker
- Attentive to details, with excellent observation, listening, and communication skills, including the ability to confidently speak to clients and senior leadership
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible team player
- A self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Proficient in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Asana also preferred)
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work outside standard business hours and travel for work as needed
- Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
