Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Clinical Support Coordinator to assist our nationwide clinical and marketing team in managing educational materials, inventory, and marketing initiatives. This dynamic role requires someone who excels at multitasking, maintains accuracy and efficiency, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the company are essential. This is an on-site position based in Stoughton, MA.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Materials Management

Maintain and organize samples and literature, including unboxing and stocking packages upon arrival.
Track inventory, ensure items are accounted for, and follow up on any missing inventory as needed.
Process literature, sample, and trade show requests, including packing items, printing materials, shipping them, and providing recipients with tracking information.
Assist with training support nationwide on an ad-hoc basis.

Marketing Support

Print and manage stock of handouts for medical devices and prepare for shipping.
Create and order business cards for team members.
Update and rebrand documents as needed to align with current branding guidelines.
Print and assemble binders for continuing education courses.
Draft and distribute notification letters/emails to patients and clinicians regarding acquisitions.
Fulfill marketing material requests from clinics by printing, shipping, and, when necessary, creating new materials.
Maintain company social media announcements and ensure timely updates.
Support ad-hoc marketing projects as needed.

Clinical & Educational Coordination

Attend meetings with the Director of Marketing and clinicians to track project progress and obtain necessary information for educational support.
Generate daily spinal and cranial outcomes data reports via Athena to ensure accurate data capture, compiling a weekly summary report in Excel.
Coordinate corporate luncheons for training sessions and meetings.

Education and Qualifications

High school diploma or associate degree; related experience and/or training preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 platforms and strong computer skills. Canva and Adobe is a plus.
Excellent organizational, multitasking verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience handling inventory and shipping processes.
Basic design or document formatting skills (Adobe Acrobat) are a plus.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
