The Role: We are seeking an Account Coordinator to provide support for the increasing growth of our Client Services team. The Account Coordinator will work closely with Account Leads to provide high-quality service to our roster of clients. This role is hands-on and provides a valuable opportunity to learn the ins and outs of experiential marketing and develop the skills required to grow into an Account Executive. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, positive, and fun pro who is a detail enthusiast ready to dive right in without breaking a sweat.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate and report to Account leads
- Complete daily and weekly tasks on deadline
- Track and monitor program results
- Document detailed notes during client calls across all supported programs
- Maintain weekly updates across all program control docs or program management tools
- Participate & contribute during internal meetings and provide program reports + updates
- Identify ways to improve and optimize efficiency on the account
- Schedule and lead weekly calls with field staff, when applicable
- Work collaboratively with agency cross-function departments comprised of creatives, strategists, digital support, and other account team individuals and project managers
- Demonstrate an ability to assist in keeping cross-functioning departments on task and timeline
- Develop a general knowledge of procurement of program assets and giveaways
- Develop a general understanding of building and tracking program budgets
- Demonstrate an interest and eagerness to understand your client’s business, industry, consumers, and competitors
- Demonstrate ability to understand direction and remain flexible to support account leads as needed
- Work well with other partner agencies, properties, vendors, and other stakeholders relevant to supporting client project initiatives
- Conduct research around brand trends, brand competition and other needs to support projects
- Stay current on marketing, music, and entertainment trends
- Participate in regular travel and evening/weekend work as required pending the programs supported

Qualifications:
- Desire to learn the ropes of experiential and event marketing
- 1-2 years prior experience in client services or project management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once
- A self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Proficient in the use of Google Suite, Excel, and Keynote
- 4-year college degree
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: In-person 3 days per week
- Travel: up to 25%
- Office environment: moderate noise levels, open, extremely fast-paced
