The role: We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented experiential marketing Account Executive to further grow our Client Services team. The Client Services team is integral to providing G7’s clients with a variety of strategic, compelling, and creative events and experiences to help them reach their objectives.
As an AE, you’ll work closely with the Client Services team and across G7’s other departments to ensure the highest quality work is delivered on time and within budget. You thrive on fast-paced and collaborative projects that live at the crossroads of experiential marketing, entertainment, and authentic brand partnerships. You get a rush from checking things off your list and seeing a plan come together, and you are always open to learning from challenges that come your way. As you work alongside colleagues and senior members of the CS team, you’ll learn the ropes of client service, account management, and project leadership, taking on increasing ownership and responsibility as you grow in your role.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VP of Client Experience and a dedicated Account Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of all program plans
- Collaborate purposefully with all members of integrated internal and external teams, establishing your role as a trusted strategic partner for clients and colleagues
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of and passion for your client’s business, industry, consumers, and competitors
- Support the development, management, and navigation of client relationships, partnerships, and sponsorships through research and initial stage communications
- Effectively communicate with clients, partner agencies, properties, vendors, and other stakeholders relevant to supporting client projects
- Contribute to the ideation, development, and implementation of program plans against established criteria with guidance from manager when needed
- Effectively coordinate programs across other G7 departments comprised of creatives, strategists, producers, project managers, and interns
- Create and maintain administrative documents in a clear, concise, and detailed manner for client and agency backup, including points of view, recaps, reporting, agendas, and timelines
- Manage project timelines and processes, utilizing Asana, G Suite, and other tools to ensure successful tracking and delivery
- Support or lead regular status meetings including prep and follow-up tasks
- Compile and provide program reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Support event operations, corresponding client communication, and vendor management, developing proficiency and competence to eventually manage these on your own
- Collaborate with production/operations leads on physical project assets, including fabrication, graphics, and tour vehicles
- Provide oversight and quality assurance on sponsorship assets, activations, and planning
- Manage inventory and shipments of client assets
- Support on-site/external program execution including training, vendor management, field staff management, advancing, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Support the development and management of program budgets to achieve client goals within budget parameters
- Provide clear, timely, and accurate financial information around program budgets (e.g., invoicing, reconciliation, etc.)
- Conduct research and competitive analysis when necessary
- Participate in travel as needed and evening/weekend work as required

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 post-college years working with clients across multiple events and/or experiential marketing campaigns
- Prior experience supporting day-to-day relationships between internal and external parties with an understanding of varying points of view
- Ability to manage multiple programs/projects concurrently with a detail-oriented and organized approach
- Well-rounded, creative thinker
- Attentive to details, with excellent observation, listening, and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible team player
- A self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Proficient in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Asana also preferred)
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work outside standard business hours and travel for work as needed
- Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience

- Hybrid schedule: in-person 3 days per week
