Responsibilities
🧠 Design personalized treatment plans focused on communication, cognition & swallowing🤝 Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that truly values your clinical voice📈 Track progress, document outcomes, and help older adults live fuller, more connected lives💛 Be part of a warm, resident-centered culture where your presence makes an impact
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
