JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervises and coordinates the activities of 2 to 15 employees in the meat area. Will interview and hire applicants, order products and supplies. Employee will maintain all paperwork and bookkeeping. Employee will also do a variety of meat cutting and wrapping duties including using meat saw, slicer, grinder, tenderizer, wrapping and weight equipment, stocking shelves and cases, serving customers by obtaining orders, may receive money and make change and do general cleaning, if needed. Employee may work in refrigerated areas.
