In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Determine the monthly sales objectives, assess risks and capacity across factories for their business segments, and execute best practices in scheduling to support planning strategies to drive business effectively.
- Shape the capacity demand profile through order acknowledgment and generation of the Promised Ship Date of the order and engage in re-promising orders based on inputs from various sources.
- Strategically plan and drive supply chain activities to meet our monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales commitments.
- Drive inventory optimization through targeted action plans around optimal material synchronization, management of the excess inventory, and influencing the behaviors of the procurement team.
- Drive material and factory capacity as per the demand plan.
- Warrant customer satisfaction through attaining service-level excellence for their portfolio.
- Liaise with the Global Master Scheduling team to ensure local processes comply with Global Master scheduling guidelines.
- Lead risk reviews with other stakeholders to identify supply chain synchronization issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Master Scheduling, S&OP, Demand Planning, and related supply chain functions.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, processes, and demand management, including consolidating forecasts and bookings.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials and understanding of parent/child relationships that make up assemblies.
- Proficient in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for multi-level BOMs.
- Skilled in inventory management, database management, and root cause/gap analysis.
